Join us for an interactive Blind Wine Dinner. A four-course culinary experience where curiosity, competition, and great wine take centre stage. Each course will be paired with two wines served completely blind, challenging guests to put their tasting skills to the test. Playing individually or in teams, you’ll complete a tasting sheet for each wine, guessing the grape variety, region, country, and vintage. Every correct answer earns a point, with scores tallied at the end of the evening and prizes awarded to the top four individuals or teams.
This special evening is a collaboration between Waterfront Wines and Goslings. Each course will feature one wine from each partner—carefully selected and kept a secret until the final reveal. Only Howard (Waterfront Wines & Miles) and Mark (Goslings) will know what’s in the glass, making for a truly blind (and memorable) wine experience.
